Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy provides a 30-day period within which you can return a product. After 30 days from receipt of the product, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, as well as in its original, intact packaging.

Various perishable product categories, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, are exempt from the right of return. Furthermore, returns are not accepted on products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item.

If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a predetermined period of time depending on your chosen payment method.

Gift vouchers are also refundable.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.

Contact your credit card company: refund processing times may vary between different issuers, and it may take some time before the refund is officially posted on your statement.

We then recommend contacting your bank, taking into account the processing and disbursement times.

Product Replacement (where possible)

Zenia.Life is committed to replacing products only if they are defective or damaged.

To request a product replacement, first send us an email to info@zenia.life and wait for our authorization to proceed.
