Right of Withdrawal
Dear customer, we inform you that you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without stating a reason, within 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (providing us with your name and surname, address, order number, and, if available, telephone and fax numbers and email address).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, you simply need to send us your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal, as described above, before the withdrawal period expires and return the product for which you are exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days of exercising your right of withdrawal.
Effects of Withdrawal
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal and received our confirmation, please return the product to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal.
Depending on your place of residence, the timeframe for returning the product and receiving a refund may vary due to delivery times.
For shipments or returns with a total value of more than €75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service and/or one that includes transport insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned product, which is carried out at your expense.
Once we receive the returned product, we will notify you of receipt.
If your request for withdrawal is accepted, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly requested a different method.
In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund any payments you have made to us in connection with your order, including delivery costs for standard delivery.
Any additional delivery costs incurred due to you choosing a different (and more expensive) delivery method than the standard delivery method we offer will not be refunded.
Furthermore, any delivery costs incurred for returning the product will not be refunded and/or you will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in accordance with the law.
The refund will be made promptly and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product.
