1. DEFINITION AND OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 The purchase made on this site is a distance contract (the “”Contract””) pursuant to Article 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (the “”Consumer Code””).
The Contract concerns the sale of movable goods between ALTERYA LABS SRO, with registered office at Revoluční 1082/8, 110 00 Prague 1, VAT No. CZ22595694 (“”ALTERYA LABS””) and the buyer (the “”Customer””).
The Contract is concluded directly through acceptance by ALTERYA LABS of a purchase proposal made by the Customer by telephone or online on this website (“”Site“”) and/or through other ALTERYA LABS distance selling systems, based on the methods described in Article 3 below.
General Conditions
1.2 These general conditions of sale (“”General Conditions“”) and, in particular, the information referred to in Article 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by ALTERYA LABS to the Customer by telephone and reported on the Site, will remain valid and effective until modified and/or supplemented by ALTERYA LABS. Any modifications and/or additions to the General Conditions will be effective from the date they are communicated to the public and will apply to sales made from that date. The latest updated version of the General Conditions is the one available on the Site.
2. PRICES
The prices of The sale of products illustrated on the Site and/or through any other ALTERYA LABS remote selling systems includes VAT and any other taxes. Delivery costs are indicated on the Site and/or through any other ALTERYA LABS remote selling systems and, in the case of telephone orders, are repeated to the Customer by the ALTERYA LABS operator.
3. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT METHODS
3.1 The telephone Contract is concluded by notifying the Customer (who has contacted ALTERYA LABS by telephone and made a purchase offer, also providing the operator with the data necessary for the registration process of their name, purchase order, and chosen payment method) that the offer has been accepted.
3.2 In the case of purchase offers sent via the Site, the Customer will receive a summary email from ALTERYA LABS, with which You will be informed that your purchase proposal is being processed and will be deemed accepted, unless otherwise communicated by email or telephone from ALTERYA LABS within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the summary email. After this period, the online Contract is deemed finalized.
3.3 The Customer may choose one of the following payment methods:
- (a) by credit card, to be made when placing the order;
- (b) by any other payment method indicated as valid by ALTERYA LABS on the Site from time to time.
