i bought this oil because i had read it could help with various types of pain and inflammation, i took it for pelvic pain and in just two days of use, it was gone. i bought it for my mum for sciatica and within a week, after trying everything, she was much better if not cured. i bought it for a friend of mine for her anxiety and she also did really well. as recommended, we used the minimum dosage for the first few days, calculated according to body weight, and then increased it a little after a week. recommended!

of those tried so far, i can say that it is the best in terms of taste (much less bitter than the others i have tried). the therapeutic effects are in line with the other oils taken previously but the price/quality ratio here is considerably better. for someone who, like me, suffers from l4-l5/s1 hernia pain, i can recommend the dosage i regularly take every day, which consists of 6 sublingual drops in the morning and 6/7 sublingual drops in the evening. i don’t want to increase because at this dosage the pain symptoms become acceptable and mild making normal daily activity possible at a good 90-95%.
